ITECH2 IT Specialists are volunteering their time to help teachers with questions or technical support on collaboration tools such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. The following is a list of employees who have generously allocated time to assist:

 Director Solutions Engineering – Monday to Friday 4-5 PM
Customer Solutions Architect – Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12-1 PM
 Network Engineer – Tuesday 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

To book a 1-on-1 meeting, simply:

1. Select a staff member. (Check availability above)

2. Select a suitable time. Each time slot is 15 minutes.

3. Enter your details in the form.

4. In the Comment field, describe the technical issues you are facing and what software you are using.

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a Webex calendar invite from  iTech2’s Digital Marketing Designer. Check your inbox for an email from support@itech2.net.
